Antioxidants:
(Not to be used to diagnose or treat any illness)
In every process where combustion takes place you will find waste products called free radicals. It is the same at cell level. These free radicals contribute to the cell aging process (oxidation), fortunately there exist antioxidants that slow down this process. Smoke for example is a very strong free radical. It is not only bad for your health but also shows very clear this cell-aging process in visible skin aging.
Advice
Eat several dried prunes and apricots a day. They contain a high content of antioxidants and satisfy the craving for sweets. Also most of the red fruits and vegetables are rich sources of antioxidants. Drink several cups of tea a day.
Supplements
